    Getting an error installing Sage Exchange Desktop on one PC - uninstalled .net and Sage Exchange and let Sage Exchange Desktop reinstall it - still getting error. Logged in as administrator and ran ""as administrator"". The install generated an error log. Does anyone know how one gets support for this - since the customer is not processing credit cards, only using the ""vault"". is it Sage or Paya ? Thanks

    Jeff, I had a similar situation with one of our clients. I called Paya support directly (800) 261-0240, press #1, then #1, then #2. It took a few times, but they were able to address the issue and get the Sage Exchange Desktop working.

    Please post back any notes from the call so we can keep track of what the fix is for tough installs of Paya Exchange. TIA
