    Getting an error 13 Method LogonUser when trying to convert system files from 4.05 to 4.40. This is on a Windows 2008 server. Version 4.40 is supported on this server. Is it because we're pulling from 4.05 files that it errors out?

    Make a complete copy of your 4.05 Mas system and convert from that one to rule out permissions issues

    Did that, it's a no go. I also verified the admin pwd.
