    Getting a screen with, ProvideX Application Development Environment. customer support services. ProvideX activation has 7 days left. Pkg""00090 activation has 7 days left. Get it when entering Sage 100 Standard 2013 and when entering each screen on a Citrix server. Click OK and then go into the screen OK. TIA

    Used to have PM2000 on earlier versions but it's not installed on this version.

    Just for ha ha's I'd check the date on the server itself. The only time I have ever gotten that message before is when I change my clock on my computer to a far out date.

    I see ACS Group Product Registration in Library Master Utilities. Not sure how it got there because didn't install PM2000 on this version. When I click on it I get 'SY404_REGESTRATION_UI.'

    My guess is you have an developer Activate.pvx in the home\lib\keys folder check that folder and you might need to rename your customer activate.pvx back.

    thanks Jim. I have two files in that folder. activate.pvx with 6/28.14 time stamp and activate.pvxx with 9/2/2014 time stamp. what do I do with these?

    Get everyone out of MAS. rename the activate.pvx to activate.pvx_old then rename the activate.pvxx to activate.pvx You should be good to go then.

    The fact that the license file shows ""customer support services"" suggests possibly someone from Sage Support copied their Activate.pvx over to that system. Those, like MD keys, expire every year. I think Jim's suggestion is a good one. You could always do a new, clean install on a neutral PC to generate a new file.

    Wow, this is weird. This EXACT message popped today at a client. Sage spent a ton of time last summer trying to fix a weird paperless PR issue. I will check the PVX files mentioned about tomorrow....... I told the client that we had seven days to fix and to relax as I am sure Sage had a fix for it...

    OK, a Big thank you to @JimWoodhead. Renaming the activate.pvx file back to what it had been fixed the issue. Someone had installed the developer activate.pvx.

    We had it as well but it was our developer activation code being used.
