    Get this message when trying to launch 2016-1095 forms. Went to another workstation where forms were not updated and updated them and still get it. Have not seen before. On an applianz server, so get it at the server and workstation level. v5.3.2 std

    I believe there was an update to Aatrix/eFiling that forces this installation. I think you can download and install. Might require a reboot though.

    Run Workstation install again, this is a prerequisite. However, on the Applianz box you'll need to do this in the template and manually push out an update, which will kick off user if they don't close their session.

    Kind of what I was thinking and would have to do after hours. odd thing one workstation already had 2016 forms, yet another one did not. But same message

    This happened at one of my clients last week and I needed the assistance of their IT, just to apply the necessary .Net updates after hours. One that was done the end users were able to process and eFile without any further problems. Here's a word doc with screen shots as reference.

    Did install and it actually allowed me choice to restart later. So can do while working with customer.
