Why did my customer get this email out of the blue from Sage? They didn't purchase anything recently.
This is probably the fourth time this has been reported in 12 months. Does anyone have a contact at Sage that can give an official explanation as to why this is happening. Or if I've overlooked a prior explanation please add the information here.
