Sage 100

Customer has a kit that is being dropped shipped from a vendor from whom they need to buy 2 or 3 components. The kit is exploded in SO entry and the vendor is the same for all components but when they generate the PO it creates separate PO's instead of combining them into one. What am I missing??

Yeah, I tried that but they are not using that to generate the PO's - they are using the feature on the SO Totals tab.

So then go into the Default Settings of this screen and make the change.  I think those take over for Generate PO in SO Entry.

Sage has a nasty habit of using data from other module tables in other modules.  Makes sense when you think about it but lack of documentation is frustrating.
