That's my thought too.  Does it work for someone with AllAccess level role permissions?

I logged in as myself and tried it - same thing.  I would think that either it wouldn't let you click on the Generate PO in the first place, OR it would also not let you Auto Generate from Sales Orders - but anyway, I logged in as me and it was the same way.  I tried different items, different customers, different vendors.  I made sure there was no Qty On Hand of the items. I stood on my head and barked like a dog, and STILL nothing. Except some weird looks from the real dogs.

That's my thought too.  Does it work for someone with AllAccess level role permissions?

Also, this HAD been working.  They have no mods and I didn't recently install any Sage updates. They updated to Win 11 workstations, but that doesn't explain it when I'm logged into the server.

No, it TRIES.  You even see a quick blue line like it's creating something, then it comes back and says it didn't and that you should check your data. Flipping it off hasn't helped, either.

OMG, that was it but not it!  If you were here, I'd be grabbing you by the arms and shaking you and screaming.  They have no scripts but they DO HAVE - the Confirm To field in PO recently set to REQUIRED. When I took that requirement back off in Adv Field Settings, it created the PO!!!!!!!

So I put the Required back on that field but set a Default value of None.  Tried the Generate PO button - failed.  Then I tried the Auto Generate from SO again and this time actually updated the report and it created the PO and the Confirm to field was BLANK and when I pulled it up and saved it again, it let me save it as a blank. The only time it appears to check is when you are first creating manually AND if you are creating from Generate PO.  I changed the option to copy it over from the SO but upon checking their data, that's not going to work.  We'll have to discuss tomorrow.
