This looks like the Sage subscription pricing plus a fee for hosting

I agree Wayne. Stan is a commodity driven hosting partner. This is subscription and his platform. If you notice there are several things that DON'T stand out. - NO microsoft office licenses included (add at bottom of page). Anywhere the Excel button is in MAS will not work without an add on. - Server support is not infrastructure support. What happens if clients need connectivity support or have funky peripherals - Off site data storage not included There are many things not stated like how much backup is included, does it include outboud e-mail, is there anti-virus on the server? I make no bones that our hosting fees are typically higher, but you get high availability servers with published applications, development environments at no additional charge, and much much more. We also have a model that allows partners to ""purchase"" the licenses for their customers and then offer it on a subscription basis. Based upon the modules required, the model will pick the best licensing model and calculate a price per month over a 2,3 or 4 year term. As a VAR you can enter your upfront ""Commitment"" fee as well as how much services you want to include in the subscription package. With this model, your sales margin is never at risk and your maintenance margin goes through the roof. With volume comes Sage and I-BN hosting discounts. In our model Financial Bundles start at $149 and distribution is $185 . However, that is a purchase and a lease with guaranteed margins for the partner, and no up front cost. We recommend a minimum charge of $1000 per user to cover the partner license cost to Sage, and further reduces the cost per month.

Also... One last thing. With subscription being named user and purchase being concurrent user, you can get some significant economies with larger systems in a hosted concurrent model. Additional named users, including office are only $50 per month!

Maybe it's just me - but I find walking prospects through a bunch of options like this is just as rewarding as being the local Best Buy store. Lots of people come in to handle the goods -- but few buy. Instead they go home and purchase from Amazon.... I'm shortly going to get out of the ""let me help you with the analyzing of your Sage options"" to the ""we have a package that covers analysis and initial consultation for $ x

That is why we created the model. Plug in the users and modules and it calculates the price for all options.
