Well, I have to admit I couldn't sit through the whole thing, because it's CRM and it's not Sage, and... I had to click on the link that was ""Restore my Faith in Humanity"" and cry over that. What I DID watch was entertaining, but you crack me up anyway, Peter.

The video opening of QuantaCRM was great. And very funny.. I find myself smiling even when I'm watching the detailed stuff. Just a suggestion.. keep Peter as the ""dumb guy who asks the dumb questions"" and bring in experts like Miriam who are more eye-pleasing to see and knowledgeable to listen to. You guys have good camera chemistry though. Great beginning and ending. Keep us entertained and educated..

@PeterWolf - Where are the posts for Channel S: The Sage CRM Review? Probably not as funny but I am sure it is packed with helpful insight.

Ha! I know but it was just a thought on how the role could evolve. Please don't take offense you are a very knowledgeable guy (obviously) and I think you're doing a great thing here.

It's hard to offend me. ;) The interesting thing is that we had discussed me taking on the dumb user role because it makes the conversations more conversation-y and less monologue-y. I think we are going to recruit outside the company for that role though.
