  • 1.  fyi, Starship - EDI error - Remote server not found

    per starship:  "We pushed an update over the weekend that broke EDI file generation.  Development is aware of the critical bug and working on a fix. Fix should be out later today."
    • per client:  This error [in part] "Failed to save EDI file. Error downloading file…Remote server returned an error (404) Not found…" gets thrown each time shipping department processes a shipment. Happens with ALL shipments EDI and Non-EDI.

    Is this for all versions of Starship? I'm not taking calls (yet). I wonder fi this has to do with their cloud version of Starship?
