    FYI, ***SPS Sage Exchange-Virtual Terminal (VT) interface change*** Be aware that SPS has begun rolling out the new VT interface, which at this point appears to be a little premature (and apparently it's still considered Beta, but 'live'). NOTE: For previous SPS implementations (e.g., one I did last month), there's a good chance they're still using the old link / old interface (i.e., https://www.sagepayments.net/MAS/ ). o But the good thing is that this can still be accessed re: the current shortcomings in the new interface. You just have to call VT Support (877-470-4001) for an initial VT temporary password. At this point though, SPS prefers that folks get acclimated with the new interface. The VT logon credentials that were previously included in the standard SPS Welcome/Gateway e-mail are no longer present. This now comes via separate Sage Exchange e-mail for logging into Sage Exchange and from there you can access VT. There are some known issues with the new interface that they're currently working on which will hopefully be fixed soon, ibnlt: o Can't put VT in Test mode on your own via VT. Have to call SPS VT Support (877-470-4001) to have them do it. o Upon accessing VT, you can't tell whether it's in Test mode or Production. o VT Settings screen is very likely not accessible: ""Processing error"". And this is where I assume you can control e-mail notifications and other configuration. o Some reporting-type functions seem to be missing (e.g., functions that are present in old interface).
