FYI - ShipGear (is ShipGear the BOI replacement product for StarShip?)
Last week client on 4.4.4 reported that when printing invoices it started dropping off a couple of item lines. What happened was we had changed Shipping Setup Options so Order To Display Lines was changed from by Line Number to by Item.
After they're done with Shipping Data Entry, ShipGear writes a /C comment line to show the tracking numbers on the pkgs amongst other things I guess. This was working prior to changing the display order. The short of it is via the BOI they were not using the correct method of adding the /C line and the result was the LineSeqNo was duplicating and caused Invoice Printing to get confused and drop off item lines. I hope they fix it.
