Now SPC seems to be down completely. We can connect to the web portal, but connections to sites are impossible. (Unknown if it is related to the previous issue).

3:45 PM ET Update: The issue continues to persist but please be assured that our provider is taking this seriously and working to restore service. Some of the additional impacts we are seeing:
- Our Product Documentation sites are not accessible
- Some customers are unable to access their cloud-connected services such as Sage Payments within their product
- Some products may take additional time to open that have been previously activated
- Customers trying to update their existing entitlement to do things such as add/remove users may not be able to update their entitlement
- Customers who are attempting to start using one of our cloud-connected services may be unable to onboard
