Sage 100

**Fyi, only the menu items I have access/security to are showing in Sage 100** I'm curious how many of you are aware of this feature, because I wasn't. Apparently this started with the v2016 release when the new interface was introduced (or possibly via PU1, 2, 3 or 4 since I'm running .4 and was able to re-create). And it appears this only applies to the _**new**_ 'Standard' interface. The only apparent mention of this that I could locate in the documentation is, ""Personalization and security: Individual users can change colors and themes, **while accessing only the information they are authorized to see**"".

You're right - it did start with v2016. However, there were issues with it not working properly and from what I've seen on the older versions, it seemed like it was hit and miss. I don't know if the bugs have been fixed or not.

And it still doesn't work properly. I have some users in STD that can see menu options on their launcher that should not be seeing them....

Still trips me up me every once in a while - Where is .... Oh yeah they don't have access to that - DOH.
