Sage Knowledgebase (Sage KB) just got a major redesign-complete with an updated interface and additional features.

    What's new?

In addition to a cleaner look and easier navigation, the improved Sage KB now offers:

    • Compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) so content will be accessible to a wider range of customers and partners.
    • Sortable search results by relevance, most helpful, or newest on top.
    • Convenient voting buttons to help you provide article feedback and find the "most helpful" articles as rated by others.
    • Easy to use "answer wizards" to help you quickly find resolutions to the most frequently asked questions.
    • Subscription options to get updates by email whenever articles are updated.
    • Prominent "download" button on many product homepages for quick access to the latest version of your software..

Just saw that as well.  The 64K question is whether they have improved their search algorithms........

There are a couple things that are nicer
    a. Relevance
    b. Fewer items that are links to manuals

There's still one big glaring issue for me - the site is still broken from iOS users. You can get one page of results but when you click to go to the second page you suddenly get an error ( which happened on the old site as well ).

The underlying articles still lack a way to filter. For example, I can sort by newest but I can't look at what was created today or yesterday. And several of the articles seem to have bad dates so they show as NaNa...

I do think it's an improvement and just wish it was easier to search from mobile on iOS.

Convenient voting buttons to provide "feedback"?  Really?  If I could type a comment, that would be cool, but Y/N is a waste of time.

I'm curious about the "answer wizards" they mention.

Continuous use of massive fonts with insane amounts of white-space is frustrating.  Instead of being able to actually see what an article contains I have to scroll and scroll and scroll before I can see if it may be helpful.

Still no ability to middle click (open multiple articles at a time), which is bad site UI.

Well, if you answer No, the No vote won't count until you select from a list of options and add a comment.  (And it may not count afterwards)

    This list seems limited:

I'll have to try that.  "I recommend the following updates" is promising.  Not overly intuitive UI, but if it allows typed feedback, that was on my wish-list.
