Per JobOps/Scanco: Any data entry file in JobOps should be cleared and updated prior to an upgrade. ...we have not made the change in our software that we convert data entry files. So Daily Parts Usage/Time Tracker/Services Agreement Invoicing…those data entry files should be updated and clear before any upgrade/update.
(I guess Sage doesn't really require this anymore, although I always suggest clearing/posting any data entry in process.)
