    FYI - i have had a 2nd client reach out to me regarding discrepencies with their montly easypay ach. It appears that when sage changed systems, re-entry in the new system was not done correctly. 1st discrepency - was about $25 difference higher per month. The one i just was notified of today is about $300 higher. NO BUENO!

    Que Suerte! Good luck getting this handled promptly. Took Sage over two months to process a credit for me....

    I am completely unsurprised. Not only is Sage's math not getting better their ""customer service"" representatives are taking on the tone of a collection agency.

    I had a client complain yesterday about how rude the woman he spoke to regarding his renewal was. Let me see, give me $4000 and I'm I'm going to be mean and rude to you! Not a good business model.

    I always joked that their maintenance policies with the 'penalties' were like the IRS. Now their CSR's are also

    I worked with a waitress years ago that felt the meaner she was the higher the tips.
