Transactions processed between September 19 and 21, 2014 may not be displayed in Virtual Terminal Reporting
Transactions processed between September 19, 2014 and September 21, 2014 may not be displayed in the Sage Virtual Terminal reporting. Users may find that transactions processed between these dates are not displayed in the Transaction Search, Transaction Activity, Settled Batch, Batch Outline, Recurring Query, Recurring History or Account History reports.
Users may also find that email confirmations for transactions processed and settled during this timeframe are not being received. We have confirmed that these transactions are processing and settling as normal. We expect no delays in funding to impacted users.
Our IT teams have been engaged and are working as quickly as possible to restore service. We apologize for any inconvenience.
