FYI, from Epicor Hi Partners, I am very pleased to announce that Sally Craig has agreed to take on the position of Regional Director responsible for US Partners. Most recently, Sally has been Director of Field Sales in Epicor's Retail vertical. She is already working on the transition to her new role. Sally brings tremendous Direct Sales and Channel experience with over 25 years' in the mid-market including senior leadership roles in sales, marketing, product management and partner development at Sage Software, and Automatic Data Processing prior to joining Epicor. Sally was responsible for building the Sage field-based channel development team in North America and was also directly involved in building the Sage partner program. Her in-depth knowledge and business acumen have increased channel partner profitability in the ERP, CRM, HRMS and Retail marketplaces. Sally brings a high energy, results-focused approach to the Epicor channel. She joins Tony Alderdice, Canadian Sales and Channel Regional Director, and the currently open position of LatAm Sales and Channel Director on the partner leadership team. Bob McNutt is reporting to Sally, and as I mentioned last week Kendra Vandervoort and her operations team report directly to me. We welcome Sally to the team. Please let me know if you have any questions. I expect Sally will be reaching out to many of you soon. Regards,

Personnel 101: People prefer to work for companies where they are appreciated. Perhaps the Chief People Officer at Sage should take note.

Looking at Sally's LinkedIn (which she should update), seems she did some project work for Craig McCollum and looks as if she now has become a more key part of Epicor. I think @JohnHoyt has probably identified a big challenge for Sage. As more power shifts to UK the executives in North America may be finding themselves marginalized and in turn looking for more freedom / appreciation. This churn is not a good omen.

I am frankly surprised there hasn't been more churn earlier. Not only the UK-centricity, but also the clear disdain for significant, leading edge channel development coupled with complete ignorance by Pascal & Co about what is and is not possible with direct sales. So predictable. So sad.
