    FWIW, the old KB seems to be returning documents again. I use it as a search engine but I forgot and just hit enter and up came the solution. I tried other hits and they all came up fast.

    We don't really know for how long Sage will support this old KB. It goes down from time to time and I know Sage have warned that it could go away at any time.

    It's probably just me, but I have so much better luck searching the old data base. I guess I need lessons. A lot of time I get no hits at all on the new one.
