  • 1.  FRx / Sage 100 Issue - FRx Drilldown Viewer - No Financial Rows to Display

    User us trying to run any FRx report and gets the following message:  FRx Drilldown Viewer  No Financial Rows to Display.

    I have tested the ODBC driver, disabled anti-virus, logged on as domain administrator.  IT uninstalled the most recent update.  Apparently it worked ok a couple of weeks ago.

    @Doug Higgs, I am going from memory here, but I think you can fix this by running the "Rebuild GL Index" utility (or something like that) from within FRx?  Note: I have not worked with FRx in years, so this is a complete guess.​

    Thanks @Brian Kelly  That was a great suggestion however it didn't solve the issue.  The good news is they were able to copy the reports to an old Win 7 computer and they are working.  I asked their IT person to try uninstalling all of the Win 10 updates to prior to the last time it worked but they don't want to do that.  So, the other good news it they are finally convinced they need to change from FRx to another financial report writer.  Sometimes it takes 10-15 years for advice to sink in.
