    FRx on a WIN 7 32 installation (Latest SU) - Client routinely exports the report to Excel. Recently (probably since he replaced his XP with Win 7), he has experienced error messages when saving the file. A typical message would be ""unable to delete x:\file path\filename.xls"". So we start a session and sure enough, this error appears the first time he saves it. I spend the next 15 minutes trying to replicate the problem. Doesn't happen. Saves consistently without issue. He also mentioned that it happens occasionally when trying to save information from IE. So it doesn't appear to FRx related, but more of Windows problem. Has anyone else experienced this phenomena?

    Sounds like slow response from the domain controller about permissions. For a test, while it is working, create a dummy text file in that directory. The next time he is about to export from FRx, he should try to delete the dummy file first.
