  • 1.  FRx on a terminal server (RDP). Getting this erro

    FRx on a terminal server (RDP). Getting this error message ""Couldn't get printer information. Make sure you have a default printer. Latest FRx service patch, MAS 4.4.5. Sometimes it prints, sometimes it doesn't (MAS works without issue). Looking at the connection, there is a default printer defined (though I didn't verify that it was a TS printer, not the local workstation one. Since issue is intermittent, I suspect a TS issue but have run out of ideas.

    There are two users. One accesses FRx via her workstation (working fine), other access via an TS connection. FRx is loaded on both machines. The common Sysdata folder is shared ont he network. Seems to be the luck of the connection draw for him.

    Was it ever working consistently on the TS? (I'm thinking maybe it wasn't installed correctly for a TS...through add/remove programs or subsequent to a change user/install command) What is the server OS on the TS?

    I did the install via the TS add/remove. Not sure of the TS OS tonight. Will check it out though.
