FRx. I need to generate two reports for a customer who is switching to Intelligence. I have their FRx and Sage data installed on my local PC. FRx launches and I have access to their rows, columns, trees, and catalogs. However, generating both reports yields this message: ""none of the reporting units in the tree belong to the company you specified"". I can reconstruct what they need in SI with the information that I have, but it would be nice to be able to run the reports out into Excel. The row format has Related/Rows/Unit from the tree that are valid. The tree is very basic and has valid GL segments. Has anyone encountered that message before?

It sounds like the link to the unit in the Row Format may not be working. Try going into the row and manually selecting the unit of the tree you want.

There is a feature in the Column settings that allow you to specify a reporting unit from the tree. Do you see a reference to a reporting tree in the column settings? If so, it may be calling for an invalid reporting unit.

Are you sure you picked the correct company code when you logged into FRx?

Found it! First, I manually re-selected the units in the Row Format. No change. Then I checked the Column Layout again, but no units are specified. Then I looked at the Tree for the umpteenth time. When @DawnKulbacki said ""picked the correct company code"", it led me to look at the Company column of each branch. On the customer's old system, they had ""ANPC"", but when I set up my connection on my local system, I made it the same as their Sage company code of ""ANP"". I thank you all for replying!
