FRx conversion help with Formatted Excel output please

    Customer converting from FRx to Sage Intelligence.  Following the instructions to export to formatted Excel, and I keep getting "object variable or with block variable not set" error and no Excel file.  If the output option is drilldown viewer it works.
    Excel version 2010 on Windows 7.

    Any ideas?
