From the Sage University web site: ""Upgrade Rescheduled: The maintenance upgrade planned for the weekend of March 15th has been postponed and will be rescheduled. Check back for more details. "" Sage seems to be waiting for this to publish the 2013 cert material, so maybe they'll take a really long time with the site and we'll get to skip a year...

I wondered why nothing changed. Celina told me that it would look very different for my client on Anytime Learning, and when we looked at it yesterday, nothing had changed. That's unfortunate, because I find Anytime Learning to be very deficient and actually not all that useful to my clients. I was using it as a key justification of the Gold Plan, but have backed off mentioning it.

@PhilMcIntosh - you're funny guy ! Thinking that if there's a delay in site design that Sage would do the reasonable thing and delay the certifications.. Hell they'd probably implement the certifications even if the site was down and people could not take them.

All bark and no bite, they just want the money. I missed the deadline last year, so they just drew another red line 2 months later. Then, after I completed everything, their records indicated otherwise... so they gave me more time. The e-mails finally stopped after I submitted a print out of my certs. Someone must have used the napkin on which my certs were originally recorded.

Since the certification cost for support access is now bundled with the training access, training is now entirely a cost with no revenue stream, so in the interest of Pascal's stock bonus I would expect it to go the way of development and quality control...

    A quality ""shareholder experience""?

Response from Celina Oliver to my question about this: ""This message is also visible to Sage customers as well. This Sage University upgrade will affect the entire website, across all products. The scheduled launch has been temporarily postponed as we don't want to launch until all is working as it should . . . . thus making for a good experience for you, our Sage customer."" So, now we're Sage customers, too? Then what happened to the old adage ""the customer is always right""?

. . . we don't want to launch until all is working as it should . . . "" And when did they start doing this? I guess what we experience on Atlas must have been the plan all along.
