From the latest Sage promos. Don't be surprised if one day you find your customer using Fixed Assets installed by Sage. PS - Time to fine tune our support agreement so it only pertains to modules implemented by our company. Why be the unpaid warranty department for another consultant/Sage?

I noticed that. While I don't think it is harmless, I also don't think there is a single customer that we service that would rely on Sage to install their application.

And in other promo news, there seems to be confusion within the ranks at Sage over what is included with N-3 reinstatements and BusinessWorks upgrades to Sage 100. The 30% discounts for perpetual are agreed. The 30% discount on subscription for 24 months is in the View Details link, but some there think this was an error. Whatever the decision is, they will grant that discount on a case by case basis. (Or for me, in every case.)

Good luck to you John - I've had very hit or miss on getting mistakes honored. I always go to the customer now with an ""as per Sage price"". I trust very little that they quote. We make 2x the work for ourselves on maintenance renewals because we insist on seeing a copy of the committed order and pricing.
