From my IT guy... . We have a client that is having a difficult time seeing some of the detail in MAS 200 while logging in through terminal session. Has anyone found a way so have the Sage 100 fonts to be large on the screen?

Change the font size on the Windows desktop display? You will lose your icons on the MAS desktop, but at least you can see. BTW, higher younger techs with better eyes.....................

Dunno. I am referring to the TS windows desktop, not the client's workstation desktop. Be brave, be daring, push the envelope, draw outside the lines. Worst that can happen is that it doesn't.

But is he indicating that the TS window(?) is small and hard to see? I sometimes run into that here at the office. I usually move the display over to my 24"" monitor where it is easier to read. I am unaware of a way to make the RDP portal window larger as even when i move it over and make it full size, it still doesn't expand completely.

Do what I've seen done at CVS pharmacy by the credit card machines - connect a big paper sized magnifying class by string to the computer monitor. Problem solved. No R&D involved. Sage UK happy.

I have had issues with servers that have the wide format monitors while I still have two old format monitors. I have had some success going to Remote Desktop Connection > Options > Display Tab and adjust the size of my RDP desktop there. There is also an option to use all monitors for the remote session.
