    From client.... ""XXXX has been getting an error in ""Item Inquiry"" aslo in history transaction, order history. Everything he opens pretty much. He can't screen shoot it either. Once he clears the message he can get in there. It's just really annoying and it's been going on about 2 weeks."" I will now pull out my Magic 8 Ball and divine the error message and the fix, all without ANY FLIPPING HELP FROM YOU, MS CONTROLLER.

    Try DFDM on CI_Item file and if the first record is blank - delete it.
