    From a representative at Sage today: ""...that a transformer blew at a sub-station near our office yesterday and while our power has been restored our access keys are currently not working and we are locked out of our building here in Irvine. I have a feeling that may be the case with many buildings nearby, so it might be a while before someone is able to reach out to you with a more extensive update.
