    From a client running v2017 ADV. **We have another instance of the last line of the SO disappearing. The order was entered with 5 lines, Christine did a print preview and only 4 lines there, the 5th line was gone. I know you have looked into this in the past. I don't think there was ever a resolution. Do any of the other 90 Mind'ers see this issue? Is there is anything in knowledge base about it. The fact that it happens intermittently concerns me. The fact that we can't recreate it concerns me. I guess it's hard to know if it's process/user related or a bug.** I think this may have something to do with NOT tab/enter off the so line before quick printing. Anyone have some thoughts?

    We have this problem with a 2017 Premium installation. We cannot repeat it. We put in some programming and have not captured it yet. It has been almost a year now. We have DSD Service Center and Avatax installed.

    Possible - They have Highjump BOI installed as well as Scanco MB. Will take a look

    I have a client on Sage 100 Advanced 2017 and have the same problem. It seems to happen with the order lines are exported to Excel. It is generally the first line that is deleted. Occasionally more lines. Cannot make it happen on demand. We have tried various data entry techniques but have not resolved the issue.
