    From a client. _Jeff, another matter for you to chime in on for me if you would. Sage was to acquire Intacct earlier this year, I haven't followed to see if that happened. We used Intacct as our cloud-based accounting software solution for fiscal years 2013-2015, prior to the merger and change to Sage. Do you know, can you find out, if our current relationship with you and Sage is ""worth anything"" when it comes to our wanting to have archive access to Intacct, as it relates to an annual fee we have been asked to pay for that access? Just wondering, before I cough up another $2k for access, if Sage will give us any discount for being a current Sage client?_ Is there a number for Intacct where there is a human behind the curtain. Not really wanting the usual tail chase so typical of a Sage experience.

    Taylor would be my first call, regardless of his position. I know there are some that would not agree, but I believe he qualifies as human. Actually $2k does not sound unreasonable to me. I also don't think our Sage (100, 300, etc.) touches Sage Intacct in terms of any ""deals"". Just look at how separate Fixed Assets and HRMS are from our products.
