Fricking 3.71 people - does anyone remember what the fix for ""cannot create division recap file"" in Cash Receipts is?

The file ""APTXXX.soa"" where XXX is the company code, is in use, missing, locked etc..... Long live 3.71 !

This is only a guess, but since it is a recap file, maybe try rebuilding sort files? I agree - people on ancient software still expect us to remember everything, while I remember less and less each passing year. it's not that I'm getting older, I just need to make memory space available for new stuff

@JeffFiddelman - THANK YOU! I knew it was something like that, but wasn't sure if it was that Temp Work file or something else. What will these 3.71 folks do when us old fogies are all retired?

Hey, I'm working on a 3.61 upgrade!! Yesterday, I could not for the life of me find Zip Code Maintenance.

Reinitialize Data Files? Seems to fix most issues.... and you get to start fresh!

Only fix is an upgrade. :-D
