  • 1.  Fresh install of Sage 100 ERP 2013. Have not gotte

    Fresh install of Sage 100 ERP 2013. Have not gotten so far as to be able to install a product update. During final stage of setup I receive: Prepare failed with the following error - Error 11 at line 3410 - ..\SY\SY_LevelConversion.PVC record not found or duplicate key on write.

    Possible resolution: a. Verified that I rand the autorun by right clicking and run as admin b. Moved the source files out of DropBox and into a local folder off the root (was getting message about length of filename being too long when I copied them to a folder buried within several subfolders)

    I think that's processing the Enhancement file - possible?

    I sent the enhancement file -- I think SY_Enhancement --- to Peggy Beaver at SWK. She is going to have the programmer look and get back to me. As of now I'm unsure whether it's a TB/TK issue or a customer environment (rights) issue. I'll have more tomorrow hopefully.
