Heads up that I'm dealing with data issues after having installed JC6010T (before JC6011T was available) and running the required utilities.  It appears the utility to recalculate unbilled costs pushed a bunch of transactions that had been previously zero billed back into WIP for some reason.  The majority of the transactions were subcontract transactions that originated from PO receipts.  It didn't happen with all of their subcontract transactions so we're trying to determine what was different about those records.  Sage is working on it as well.  In my case it threw over $4,000,000 back onto the WIP report and affected over 5500 jobs dating back to 2015.  The records already show as billed, so zero billing doesn't fix the problem.  It looks like we're going to have to change the job status on all of the jobs to complete and run them through the job closeout process to clean up the WIP.

Just a quick update - Sage sent me a revised JC_JobUnbilledCost_utl.m4p file and a revised JC_RecalcJobToDateCost_utl.m4p file today.  They had me rerun all utilities associated with the JC6010/JC6011 fixes in a test company.  It backed out all of the extra items that had ended up on the WIP report (about $4,000,000 worth), but now we have reconciliation issues trying to tie back to the GL balance.  We're off by about $33,000 and we're trying to work through that since the client usually ties to the penny.  

Apparently the original utilities were looking at a billed flag.  The subcontractor records themselves had the billed flag set to Y, but the associated PY records didn't so it actually dumped those PY records back to WIP.
