Sage 100

I know that the below controls the Frame color when you open a screen in a module, how does a user get the entire frame of the Sage sceen to be a different color?  They are on version 2021 Advanced PU2.  A user did have this before I upgraded them and now it is not inplace.  I thought it was a Windows setting.

Do you mean they want to change the frame color of the Launcher? I don't know if that's possible but you can change the Launcher theme by going to the View menu and picking a theme in the Visual section as you see here. It will change more than just the frame but there are several theme choices.

Yes, it would be the launcher.  I know about where you are pointing to, however that does not change the color of the Sage border when Sage opens to red or yellow etc.  I have seen a couple of users with different clients have the entire border be a color, I do not see a setting in Sage for this, I have assumed they did this with a Windows setting.  Coincidentally, these are users that cause issues for me to to fix on a regular basis.

I thought Frames only worked in classic mode.  V2021 does not have classic mode.  I could be wrong however.

Thanks!  I had done what Kevin and Alnoor stated.  The user had the top and bottom part of the launcher as red or yellow depending upon the company in the 2019 version.  When a module is opened the frame is in the correct color in both 2019 and 2021.  I'm not going to spend time on it.

Perhaps delete the sage100 folder under the user documents folder?  There was a post earlier.  Users were still seeing the classic launcher even though they were on 2021 where it is not supported?????  That has cleared up issues for me in the past.
