It still bugs me, that these simple things, credit balance invoices, or in previous release Sales Journals are not tested more. What could they possibly break in the 'old' code that would cause a feature that previously functioned to go kaput in a new release? I'm sure my frustration lies in being logical about programmers...

Not sure if Sage still does this since the switch to SAP, but for years they would ignore credits on your account unless you made them apply them when calling in an order. Apparently the last ProvideX programmer left at Sage used to be in their accounting dept.

I just had a user complain about this defect on 2013 PU5. Apparently, it worked with PU4.

We just had a customer mention this too.
