  • 1.  Form 1099nec not listed in 1099 form printing after patch install

    We have 3 installs of 2020.1.
    Each install has the same issue.
    After installing the AP6001T utility we are able to see the 1099 info on the Vendor.
    When we go Reports Menu, 1099 Reporting, there is no 1099Nec form listing.
    Our 2019 and 2018 installs are all working just fine.
    What am I missing?

    Any chance the version is 2020.0.1 instead of 2020.1?  The 2020.0.1 goes not have the NEC option in 1099 reporting.

    I will verify.  Thanks for the idea.  I feel like I just keep seeing the same thing over and over.  Is it February yet?!?!

    Just to reiterate, this seems to be the issue and resolution that we have seen 

    We have had 2 clients that this came across this and they were both on 2020.0.1 instead of 2020.1

    It seems like the Vendor has 1099 NEC options with the 2020.0.1 level and you can successfully run the AP6001T utility, but as you mentioned the 1099 forms printing was not updated until patch 2020.1

    Make sure you installed the correct AP6001T patch, they are version specific. Also make sure e-Filing has the latest updates.

    Also, if the Current 1099 Year in AP Options isn't 2020 or greater, you won't have the NEC option.
