    For you Wisconsinites out there, does WI require a different format for the Quarterly Governmental report? In Payroll that is, in case that wasn't obvious.

    Therese, do you mean for unemployment reporting (UC101)? If so, yes, they have a unique Contribution Tax Report Electronic File Layout. Here's a link to the format: http://dwd.wisconsin.gov/uitax/taxreportfilelayout.htm
