for Thursday's Board Meeting. I hope we can discuss the Strategy Dev pieces that John and I posted in December. I sort of summarized these two in the attached 1-pager. I am pretty sure that we want to concentrate 90% of our attention on what it will take to come to a clear agreement on Feb 21 about: - what we are, - where are going, and - how we will try to make progress down that path Is there anything else on Thursday's agenda besides discussing this?

@JerryNorman I will make every attempt to document our last review before the meeting. I have simply have too many projects going on and demanding customers :-)

John, I don't think that's necessary right now. Just review your and my drafts, and the 1 pager here. We'll discuss our ideas Thursday. Any documentation will be more appropriate after we meet.

Attached are some financials for tomorrow. I have a minor tweak yet to do for 2016 but they are pretty much complete.
