    For those of you who work for DSD, I need help. I have a client who cannot print AR invoices because the fax enhancement isn't working. A guy named Charles was to get back with them again today and no word yet.

    @AllanHarlan I just spoke with Charles, The enhancement seems to be working but the issue seems like an issue with how the paperless office is set up. Do you have an consultant that is working with the client? Can you provide any details what exactly isn't working.

    I'm the consultant working on it now, and paperless is set up fine and works without issue in payroll, etc. I'll call Charles.
