For those of you who offer ""click to pay by credit card"" on your invoices to customers - what percentage of them actually pay by CC?
I've received these types of inquiries off and on and generally try to discourage credit card payment however there are now quite a few flat rate processors who for 4% and no monthly fee will process the charge.
Generally what I'd do is just mark up invoices 5-10% to presume that if offered the customer may use the CC and I would incur a fee.
Has anyone adopted this and did you process more/fewer charges than you expected?
