    For those of you who are still billing customers for maintenance via a list that Sage provides. Be advised that in some cases it appears that Sage is sending out renewal lists that also include customers enrolled in perpetual (monthly pay) plans. We had one customer who was having their payments deducted monthly. Sage included them on our renewal list so we logically assumed that the customer had cancelled Easy Pay. Luckily my Mom caught it. Sage wanted us to get a written acknowledgement from the customer that they wanted to stop Easy Pay ... due to Sage's own mistake. Sadly this is right in line with Sage not being able to generate accurate renewals. Just an FYI if you are generating your renewal notices yourself and also have customers that you know are Easy Pay direct to Sage. Before billing them annually double check that they've actually dropped Easy Pay -- because they may not have...
