For the hardware geeks: I am looking to get a new laptop and replace the 2 26"" 1920 monitors with one 34"" 3440*1440 monitor. I currently have an Asus ROG (for the M2 and SATA slots, not gaming) and really like it except the 960 video card won't go beyond 1920. Any recommendation for laptops with M2 and SSD and a video card that can run a 3440 external monitor?

https://www.asus.com/us/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG-GL502VS/ I have this unit and it can handle anything you throw at it. I have a 34"" 3440x1440 monitor with Gsync and also an Oculus Rift. Except for the weight of the 230watt power brick (literally a brick), its beast. I also didn't realize how powerful the new Thunderbolt 3.0 connector is. One USB C connector, with the right port replicator, can pretty much run anything you could cram into a full size rig. Including like 4 external monitors + the 2 ports built in.
