For anyone who has users with Bank Reconciliation and who also are printing to Paperless Office for the monthly reconciliation - how are you doing this? It does not seems as if the journal and registers captures the reconciliation itself - though I do see adjustments that were posted in the paperless. The reports section of paperless doesn't seem to have a way to capture the reconciliation and there's no option for period end. What am I overlooking?

What version? In 2014, I see the Bank Reconciliation REPORT, which is the Register but isn't named as such...

Wayne, I just tested my 2013, and the Bank Reconciliation was in the journals/registers viewer. Are you sure they have BR setup for paperless?

I went to the paperless and looked at Journals and Registers and all I can see is one transaction entry they posted.

Maybe they've been previewing instead of printing. That's a habit I often have to break.

Role maintenance is always set to force users print for updating. Which does the same a previewing. Most don't seem to mind the strong armed tactics...
