    For anyone installing the Connecticut program patch for the new withholding effective August 1, 2011 --- when you do the install you have to specify the \MAS90 folder too. Beware because all the install does is copy files -- it does NOT check if they copy to the correct place. The TTU still gets installed by specifying the path MINUS the \MAS90
