    Sage 100 2016 Advanced - In a previous post, I reported a problem with SO Period End Report printing.  Particularly, Customer Sales History.  At that time, I had Paperless Office set up.  All other SO PE reports were being created as expected.  

    To continue testing, I moved to the ABC demo data we all know and love.  Additionally, I took Paperless out of the mix and simply and trying to print to paper.  I found a couple interesting things....  Printing all the reports that are by default set up for SO PE, there are two other reports that fail to execute and they are variations on the Customer Sales Report, in particular the 'by Product Line' and 'by Item' versions.  Additionally, I watched the ..../Mas90/Mas_ABC/SO_ABC directory for the creation of the WRK files and can report that they very briefly are created.  This I expected because I see the progress bar running during execution.  I would love to capture one of these WRK files to see what it contains, but I do not see a way to make that happen.

    If anyone has any newer version than 2016 installed somewhere with the ABC company, I would love to hear if this is still an issue.  You don't actually need to print the report from SO PE, viewing it will tell the story.  It works, or it doesn't.  TIA - Rand

    Ok, after considerable head banging ... it seems there is/was something wrong with the report settings in the system files ... It never occurred to me to create a custom report setting that is in fact identical to 'STANDARD' ... however, that corrected the problem.   Thanks for all your suggestions.
