Follow up to discussion in San Diego. I raised the possibility of paying Jim, Therese and Peter for the work done on MOTM2014. Attached is last year's recap along with the proposed payouts. 10% for both Peter and Jim, $1,500 for Therese. My plan is to show the expense in 2014 and cut the payments in 2015. Thoughts?? Send an yes or no response for voting. I vote to approve. I changed the payout based on further review of the details

Just curious what the $8500 Administration line represents?

And yes I'm fine with the recommendation

I appreciate you looking out for the team, @JeffSchwenk I'm fine with the the recommendation with one exception: I honestly thought that I was already paid for getting the sponsors set up for 2014? So if I was already paid for some other facet, I'm good and don't need anything else but appreciate the consideration. I could just be mis-remembering ...

@MarkChinsky I believe the admin expenses represent the travel and hotel for the admin team who also had to meet/organize. I am not opposed to this concept though I think it should be presented as part of the overall budget for 2015 and not piecemeal. So my vote is no as presented to be revoted if necessary. as part of the overall budget 2015.

@WayneSchulz - This retro does not impact the 2015 budget at all. Being done for IRS purposes for 2014. If it is not put on the books in 2014, I won't be including it in the 2015 budget. It was discussed in SD and everyone there approved the concept. @PeterWolf - you were not paid for your efforts for the MOTM 2014 conference, just for the vendor membership efforts in May and June.

Not sure I should vote but do we not have cash the IRS may have issues with as a non-profit?

Not sure why you would feel that way. Did you not vote as a board member for your current comp plan?

Why yes, I guess I did. I know that last year was a lot of work for all involved, including Jim and Peter (who actually was there the whole time and not in Dublin!). I appreciate the consideration as well.
