  • 1.  Follow up re old GL Reports

    Just had to share - so where we're at is that with the amount in that new field (435,100), the report dies.  If I go into PeriodPostingHistory and change the amount to 135,100, the report prints.  If I change the amount to 235,000, report does not print.

    OMG, I love computers so much.  (*thud* as forehead hits desk)

    Could this possibly be due to the width of the field on the report?

    I thought of that, @Michelle Taylor, but although a 4 is wider than a 1, the number of characters is the same between 135100 and 435100...​

    Alright, so the issue ended up being the Actual PTD PERCENT field.  Sage got numerous calls about the GL reports not printing, and I was finally able to get this one print if I left off that one column.  Sage just announced a fix this morning, and it did fix my clients' issue.  Here's a link to the fix.
