Folder rights on a WIN 2008 R2 TS set up. IT tech created a share at the c:\Sage folder (full) for the terminal server users. For some reason, the share did NOT flow down to the subfolders so that the activate.pvx file was not active. Tech was unable to figure out how to force the subfolders and files to inherit the rights. He managed to overcome this obstacle by granting access to everyone at the root of C. Not very prudent, but it is working now.
I have had this happen once before, but the tech overcame that obstacle doesn't remember what he did.
To me, this is basic IT stuff.
Thanks in advance.
